Review how OKIZ works and what is expected of team members. Once you understand the terms, create your applicant account to begin your application.

  1. How OKIZ works

    OKIZ connects approved team members with window cleaning jobs in their area. You accept work that fits your schedule, complete it to OKIZ standards, and get paid through the platform. There are no sales calls, no estimates, and no cash handling.

  2. Independent contractor information

    This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment. You control your own availability, supply your own transportation and equipment, and are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business obligations.

  3. Platform policies

    All scheduling, customer communication, job updates, and payments must stay within the OKIZ platform. Moving customers, payments, or communication off-platform is not permitted.

  4. Payment policies

    Customers pay OKIZ through the platform after work is completed. You may never request or accept direct or cash payment from a customer. Approved team members receive payouts according to the current agreement.

  5. Insurance requirements

    Liability insurance requirements vary by service category and market. You may be asked to provide proof of coverage, including carrier, policy number, and expiration date.

  6. Customer communication rules

    Communicate with customers professionally and only through OKIZ. No soliciting, no personal business cards, and no offering your own pricing. Respect customer property and privacy at all times.

  7. Team member expectations

    Wear approved OKIZ apparel, maintain a clean and professional appearance, arrive reliably, and represent the OKIZ brand respectfully on every job.

  8. General operating standards

    No side deals. No off-platform payments. No cash collection. No customer solicitation. Protect customer information. Violations may result in suspension or removal from the program.

  9. Legal disclosures

    Approval requires a completed W-9 and signed contractor agreement. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or available work. OKIZ may review job activity and records to protect customers and team members.

  10. Privacy and data handling

    Information you provide is used to evaluate your application and, if approved, to manage your work through OKIZ. Documents and personal data are stored securely and shared only as needed to operate the platform.
